I have been training for 30+ years, whether it was for high school, collegiate or Semi Pro Football. And one thing I have positively learned during all of my struggles, is that you mus be mentally sound and focused on all aspects of your physical & health goals in order to achieve optimal success.
What I do and offer as a trainer is not only the physical educaton to eventually help you create your own self efficacy towards fitness as it becomes your lifesty, but I also specialize in gettting your body AND your mind right.
